This engagement photo session, might just make you want to play some Christmas music. 😉 I know it made me want to, especially as I edited these images. We love everything about fall, and can’t help but feel a little bit of giddy anticipation over the coming Christmas season. When Rachel & Matt threw out the idea of going to a local Christmas tree farm for their engagement photo session, we were so excited!! Evergreen trees are a favorite of mine (Janae) and we even found a great big heaping woodpile so my night was pretty much made.

Matt & Rachel are the best! And we could not be more excited for them to tie the knot next year. They are such a dear couple, and they have such a depth of warmth and kindness in their relationship that bubbles over to all that surround them. They are truly one of a kind, and we are so happy that we get to be a part of this new season in their journey, and that Sarah & Simeon will be shooting their wedding next year! These two love riding four wheelers together and it was actually out on a ride together that Matt proposed to Rachel, which was a perfect reason for them to bring their four-wheeler and gear along for some photos! It was so fun to incorporate this part of their story into their photo session, and to ride around the farm a little.
