Hello & Happy Monday!

We are super excited to share this wedding day with y’all. This is perhaps one of the wildest things that we have ever done, we literally went straight to the airport from a wedding on Saturday night, flew overnight, landed in Guatemala and basically went straight to Hossanna and Camilo’s wedding! Now we can say we did it!!! We had been looking to this day for a long time, we knew that this day would be a GREAT one! Hossanna & Camilo are so dear, and although we only ever got to meet them over FaceTime, we knew from the start that this couple is so amazing and kind. One of our favorite moments on this day was when Hossanna & Camilo prayed together before their wedding ceremony. Not only was this moment so sweet, but it also allowed us to capture some of our favorite images are from their wedding day.

This couple’s reception was filled with the most beautiful details, including a choreographed first dance completed by fireworks! And the most gorgeous wedding cake our eyes have seen! Hugo was on a dream land while taking pictures of their wedding cake, he is always telling all of our friends and clients that the wedding cake is highly important in Guatemalan weddings and now he even has pictures to prove it! Guest enjoyed playing carnival style games, snacking on popcorn and cotton candy. Needless to say Hossanna & Camilo know how to throw a beautiful celebration!

Hossana and Camilo, thank you for having us capture your wedding day and for trusting that we would actually arrive after a whole night of traveling! We felt your prayers throughout the process. We are so grateful for how you welcomed us into your lives and wedding day, we hope you this images take you right back to your special day, enjoy this preview!

Estamos muy emocionados de compartir esta boda con todos ustedes. Esta es probablemente una de las cosas mas aventureras que hemos hecho, literalmente hablando fuimos directo de una boda Sábado en la noche al aereopuerto, viajamos toda la noche, aterrizamos en Guatemala y prácticamente nos fuimos directos a la boda the Hossanna y Camilo. ¡Ahora podemos decir que lo hicimos! Habíamos estado anticipando este día por mucho tiempo, y sabíamos que sería ¡GENIAL! Hossanna y Camilo son muy queridos, y aunque solo los habíamos conocido por FaceTime, sabíamos desde el principio que ellos son asombrosos y amables. Uno de los momentos favoritos de su día fue cuando Hossanna y Camilo oraron juntos previo a la ceremonia. No solo fue un momento muy especial, sino que también nos permitió capturar algunas de nuestras imágenes favoritas del día de su boda.

La recepción de los novios estuvo llena de hermosos detalles, incluyendo el su primer baile como esposos con toda una coreografía hasta con ¡fuegos pirotécnicos! Y el pastel de bodas ¡mas espléndido que nuestros ojos hayan visto! Hugo siempre le cuenta a nuestros amigos y clientes que el pastel es muy importante en bodas Guatemaltecas y ahora tiene fotos para probarlo. Los invitados disfrutaron de un tema de feria, con juegos, poporopos y algodón de azúcar. Sin más que decir es obvio que Hossanna y Camilo saben como celebrar de una manera hermosa.

Hossanna y Camilo, gracias por dejarnos capturar el día de su boda y por confiar en que llegaríamos a tiempo incluso después de viajar toda la noche, realmente sentimos sus oraciones durante todo el proceso. Estamos muy agradecidos por como nos recibieron en sus vidas y día de bodas, esperamos que estas imágenes los lleven de vuelta a su día tan especial.

También queremos agradecer especialmente a nuestra amiga Andrea por todo el trabajo arduo y ayuda al capturar este día.
