If you follow along with us on social media you may have seen that we recently traveled to Maine! Back in the summer we talked with Leanne about capturing her and Bailey’s engagement photos, the only kicker was that she was moving to Portland near where Bailey lives. If you know us, then you’ll know that distance is not really a problem for us, so we planned our trip to Portland, Maine. To say it was incredible would be an understatement!

The fall in Maine is magical, and we were so excited that we got to capture Leanne + Bailey in all it’s glory, but more importantly we got to see Leanne + Bailey. They were such a blessing to us. Their kindness and appreciation really touched us. In fact looking back on all of these images put a big smile on our faces, because it’s so clear that Leanne + Bailey have a really special love and story. From college sweet hearts (is that a thing?!?!…) to soon to be husband and wife! Plus these two were fearless and willing to hike and climb for the sake of my wild creative vision.

Leanne + Bailey, we’re so happy for you. Years ago Leanne, when I captured your senior portraits I never would have thought I’d be driving my family up to Maine to capture your engagement photos. I’m SO SO grateful for you and Bailey’s trust and support, it means to world to us! Truly! We can’t wait for your wedding next year.
