The process of getting to work with Caitlin + Manoj has been SO fun for us! Almost one year ago this beautiful couple got married, they had a small backyard affair with their close family, and afterwards we met up with them at Curtis Arboretum, to capture some photos of the two of them and their families! Getting to see them on that beautiful day was such an honor, and seeing their families overjoyed and celebrating was something we’ll never forget. 

After getting married last year, Caitlin + Manoj took the celebrating around the globe. They flew to India to celebrate with Manoj’s family and friends, in addition to visiting others ALL around the world. We love that Caitlin + Manoj love traveling and people so much! Just about one year after they got married they brought the celebrating to Philadelphia, which is the city where they met and fell in love!

This beautiful overcast day began with us meeting them in the streets of Philadelphia to capture a moments with the two of them to honor the timeless and joyful love they have. We went to places like Merchants Exchange, the 19th Century Garden, and one of the most specular willow trees I’ve ever seen! After portraits we traveled to Front Street Cafe, where Caitlin + Manoj’s guests met them for cocktail hour!

I think the thing I love about this celebration most was the organic feel of it. Friends being reunited, families embracing, and everyone coming together over incredible food! It’s so evident that this couple has such a high value for people and bringing them all together into one beautiful space! 

Caitlin + Manoj, we can not thank you enough for allowing us to be a part of capturing this beautiful moments for you. You have such lovely friends and family, and we felt so honored to be a part of your celebration! Happy Anniversary! We hope that you are always reminded by these images that you have found such a GOOD thing in each other, and that your are surrounded by many who love and cherish you dearly!
