Hello Janae Rose Photography blog readers, it would appear that we haven’t posted in a month or two. While we regularly share our current work here, we took a bit of a hiatus through the winter, and it was so lovely. The year 2021 was the busiest year of our career and while it was exciting and beautiful, we definitely needed some time to recharge. As we enter the spring season, you can expect to see more weddings and amazing couples here on the JRP blog. Today we are sharing Claire & Matt’s engagement photos taken at Longwood Gardens.

Longwood Gardens is ALWAYS a good idea, and one of the things I love most about capturing couples there is that’s so vast and always changing, and it really transports you to a “different” world, one with lots of color and beauty around every corner. Claire & Matt choose this location because we knew we’d be sure to find some greenery during this winter photo session. Claire & Matt have such a tender love, and it was such a pleasure to get to know them better during their photo session. It’s one of our highest values to connect with couples prior their wedding day, and engagement photo session are one of the primary ways we do this.

Claire & Matt, we loved walking all over in the cold with you. You both are champs for braving the cold, and your love made this winter day feel bright! We’re so honored to be a part of telling the story of your current season. We are looking forward to your wedding next year!
