Hello & Happy Monday, we hope that you are enjoying and thriving in this holiday season. Winter weddings always catch us by surprise. There is something absolutely so romantic and cozy about a December wedding that invokes so much warmth and feeling. If you are looking to craft a celebration that is festive, romantic, and unforgettable we highly suggest December nuptials like Claire & Matt’s wedding. Claire & Matt were married at the Mendenhall Inn on this cool cloudy day, and we can’t express how much we value and appreciate this couple, that are endlessly kind and we feel extremely honored to have been a part of capturing this breathtaking wedding day.

At Claire & Matt’s engagement photo session we talked at length about how weather can be a roller coast on a wedding days, but that we have recurrently found that if a couple can “whether the storm” together and not allow the forecast to steal their joy something beautiful always happens. On this day that exact scenario played out. There was a good bit of rain that was projected while we were suppose to take photos, and Claire & Matt remained calm and flexible through it all, and they were rewarded with that precipitation concluding sooner then planned, and we were able to take photos at the Marian Coffin Gardens at Gibraltar in Wilmington, DE which was absolutely beautiful! We had the best time capturing this couple and their awesome friends and family throughout this entire day!
