Happy Happy Monday! One of the things that makes this day so exciting for us, is that we get to share these incredible engagement photos with you all! We’ve been looking forward to this for a long time now, and we can’t even begin to say how much we LOVE all of these photos! Kenya & Ismael are amazing, and almost a year ago they mentioned to us briefly that they’d always wanted to take photos in New York City, and we of course could never forget that. As we planned for this session, we were super excited to track down a few new locations that we’ve always wanted to go to, like The Bethesda Fountain in Central Park. Kenya & Ismael were such troopers braving city traffic, chilly temperatures, and tiny bathrooms. We’re so happy they were up for the adventure, and we’re already opening invitations for more New York City sessions! 😉

As we talked about this session and asked Kenya & Ismael if there was any particular part of the city they’d like to have photos taken at, they mentioned that they’ve always been big fans of Times Square. Times Square is very different from any locations I’ve ever shot in and naturally I was a little nervous, and you know what happen?!?! I love these images from Times Square, they pushed my creatively and I love the rich colors and overall feel of those images. Nothing like a little bit of working outside of your comfort zone for some magic to happen. Anyway, we hope that you enjoy these images of this engagement photo session, and like we mentioned we can’t wait for our next city session. Who wants photos in the city?!?! HA
