Maternity photo sessions are becoming a favorite of mine. I don’t know if it’s because I recently got to experience this season of life for myself, but there is something just so profound and exciting about this time. The joy, the excitement, and the anticipation that fills the hearts of mothers and fathers is something so sweet. Something that I think words can’t quite capture.

Meet Stevie & Zach, our dear friends. I remember the first time we met Zacharie at a “Speaking Well Class” we were taking it together through the Kingdom Ministry School. This guy is hilarious, and Hugo and I couldn’t help but think we were going to become friends fast. Later Zacharie introduced us to Stevie, and we knew we had found friends in this couple. We’ve loved having dinner with you two, talking about life, playing “Ticket to Ride”, watching soccer games, and just all the laughter that follows. Stevie, I always feel like I can relate so well to you, especially since we both married men from other countries. 🙂 Zacharie, you are awesome, and it’s so great that you and Hugo and can still be friends even though you cheer for “FC Barcelona” and Hugo cheers for “Real Madrid.” Seriously though, you two are the best, and we can’t wait to meet your little man soon!!

Congrats to you both, parenthood is a beautiful journey. You will love being “mommy & daddy.”
