Remember Tyler & Allison?!? We captured their proposal and shot their engagement photos back in the spring, Tyler is my awesome cousin. We’ve had three family weddings this year, and this was the last one for 2015. What an exciting year, first my sister got married, then my cousin Kyle, and then Tyler. The awesome thing is that all three of them got engaged the same week!

Tyler & Allison are so much fun, I love their ability to laugh and just have a great time, whenever and wherever. Tyler & Allison created such a beautiful vision for this wedding day, and everything was just right. We took portraits at a local camp that Allison went growing up with her family. I love that this location holds so many sweet memories for Allison, it makes the photos even more special. The day was complete with the goodness and warmth of fall. Orange and navy details, perfectly complimented the leaves changing colors. Their ceremony was so dear as Allison cried tears of joy as her daddy walked her down the aisle, and Tyler & Allison promised each other a lifetime.

It’s so fun for me to capture family weddings. I feel so honored that my family trusts me with these big moments in their lives, and I don’t ever want to take it for granted, the beauty and joy of seeing my loved ones find their soul mates and say their vows. This day was truly special, so relaxed and fun, filled with joy and ease. Tyler & Allison are each other’s perfect compliment, and I’m so grateful God has brought them together. Allison it is a joy to welcome you to the family, you are so thoughtful and easy going, and I especially love how one of the first times we met Allison we played Settlers of Catan with her. We knew that she was awesome from point on and we look forward to many more games.

Tyler & Allison, basically I can not say enough of good about you individually and as a couple. This day couldn’t have been better! Thanks for allowing Hugo and I are the honor of capturing it. We loved it!

Happy Friday

For the First Look Tyler was blindfolded with the same blindfold he used when he proposed to Allison. The story goes that Tyler blindfolded sweet Allison and walked her out to the place where they had their first date, all while Hugo and I were photographing the special moment. Isn’t that the coolest thing?!?
